Lowest Issuing Price and Issuing Amount of the Private Placement

The Profit Distribution and Stock Split Plan 2010 of the Company had been reviewed and adopted by the Annual Shareholders’ General Meeting 2010 of the Company. On the basis of the total 403.6 million shares, a cash dividend of 2 Yuan per 10 shares (incl. tax) shall be distributed, capitalizing of common reserves will be 10 shares upon each 10 shares to all shareholders. Dates of share registration for the profit distribution were May 25, 2011 (A share) and May 31, 2011 (B share, last trading date for B share was May 25, 2011) respectively; dates of cash dividends distribution were June 10, 2011 (A share) and June 10, 2011 (B share) respectively.
